2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustration and product identification. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography or manufacturing variation.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Arts & Livings reserves the right to change product prices, offers and promotions at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
An order will be considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions or inability to fulfil an order.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
We currently accept online payments through the payment methods made available at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking and other methods supported by our payment gateway.
Arts & Livings does not store complete card or banking credentials on its website.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details at the time of ordering.
7. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Our return and refund policy is provided separately on the website and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Products that are defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially different from the product advertised may be eligible for replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. CANCELLATION
An order cancellation request may be accepted if the order has not already been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable return/refund policy will apply.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, designs and branding, belongs to Arts & Livings or its respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. WEBSITE USE
