CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Effective Date: 11 May 2026<\/p>\n

At AQUALIFT, we want you to receive the product you ordered in good condition and as described on our website.<\/p>\n

1. ORDER CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.<\/p>\n

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>\n

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A return or replacement may be requested if the product:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Is damaged during delivery
\n\u2022 Is defective or does not function as intended
\n\u2022 Is the wrong product
\n\u2022 Is materially different from the product described or advertised<\/p>\n

Customers should contact us within 3 days of delivery.<\/p>\n

3. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Returns are generally not accepted for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Change of mind after delivery
\n\u2022 Product ordered incorrectly by the customer
\n\u2022 Normal wear and tear
\n\u2022 Damage caused by misuse, improper installation or negligence
\n\u2022 Products altered or damaged after delivery by the customer<\/p>\n

This does not affect a customer’s rights where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was advertised.<\/p>\n

4. RETURN CONDITION<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Where a return is approved, the product should preferably be returned with its original packaging, accessories and accompanying materials.<\/p>\n

Products may be inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.<\/p>\n

5. REFUNDS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.<\/p>\n

The customer will be informed once the refund has been initiated.<\/p>\n

Bank\/payment-provider processing may take additional working days before the amount appears in the customer’s account.<\/p>\n

6. REPLACEMENT<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Where appropriate, Arts & Livings may offer a replacement instead of a refund.<\/p>\n

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative resolution or refund may be offered.<\/p>\n

7. EVIDENCE<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers may be asked to provide photographs or video showing the issue and, where relevant, the packaging and shipping label.<\/p>\n
